Peach Bellini Cocktail/Mocktail Recipe
This frozen drink is the perfect mix of sweet and sour for spring headed into summer. The peachy flavor with a bubbly flair is just right for your spring gatherings and is so easy to make. With only 4 ingredients (one being ice), it is a go-to for warm weather parties. We hope you enjoy!
Peach Bellini Cocktail Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients
· ½ cup (4 oz) of prosecco
· ¾ cup of frozen peaches
· 1.5 oz (3 Tbsp) of triple sec (or simple syrup)
· ½ cup of ice
For the garnish:
· 1 peach (3 small slices)
Want to make it a mocktail?
Replace the prosecco with lemon-lime soda (like Sprite) or tonic water. If you use soda, you may not need the triple sec or simple syrup due to the sweetness of the soda.
Directions
| 1Add all the ingredients to a blender (except the garnish). |
| 2Blend until frothy. |
| 3Pour into your glass. |
| 4Add your peach slices for a garnish. |
| 5Enjoy! |
