PAYMENTS

Payments are due in full at the time of purchase prior to shipping. 

 

SHIPPING

Your order will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information. If you have an issue with your shipping address, please contact us here.

Shipping times vary, but are approximately 3-5 days for USPS First Class Mail, 2-4 days for USPS Priority Mail in the US and 1-2 days for USPS Express Mail. For International orders shipped via First Class Mail shipping times can be up to 3 weeks. Please note: inclement weather and high-volume seasons may delay the estimated shipping arrival times, and shipping times do not include processing time.

Processing Time

The shipping method selected at checkout dictates the method that your order will be shipped. Please note this is separate from our production time, which is the time to create and pack up your order. Our processing time is approximately 5-9 business days, depending on order volume. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. If you need something sooner, simply contact us, and we will move it up in our order queue to accommodate your timeline. (We try to accommodate where we can!)

As mentioned above, processing time is the time it takes for us to create, produce and package up your order, and shipping time is the speed of delivery. Of course, we wish I could hand-deliver each and every item to you, but once it leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the good folks at the USPS or UPS, and I have no control over shipping time, nor can I guarantee the arrival time of any package, even with upgraded shipping speeds. Please reach out to us here if you have a deadline in mind for your order. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Custom Fees & Duties

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their respective countries.

Shipping Times

In order to offer affordable international shipping prices, most international orders are shipped via First Class Mail International. Please keep in mind orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. We also offer Express International Shipping as well to accommodate quicker timelines. Because of the nature of international shipping, all sales are final, and we are unable to send replacements due to lost packages, delayed transit or items queued in customs. 

Of course, we wish we could hand-deliver each and every item to you, but once it leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the good folks of the mail systems, and we have no control over shipping time, nor can we guarantee the arrival time of any package.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customizable products are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you have an issue with your order and it is within 48 hours of your receipt of merchandise, please reach out to us here.

We strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for some reason your order has arrived damaged, does not arrive, or there is another issue, please contact us. If deemed necessary, we will proceed with a return, exchange or replacement of your product on a case by case basis. Shipping is non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. A shipping label will not be provided. 

 

SALES AND DISCOUNTS

Sales, discounts and coupon codes cannot be retroactively applied to orders already placed. If you are having issues with your coupon code, please reach out to us here.

All custom designs created by Liesel Anne Studios are owned by Liesel Anne Studios (The Singing Little Bird, LLC). This includes custom orders, stationery artwork, motifs, patterns, illustrations, crests, design elements, pet portraits, calligraphy, etc.

Liesel Anne Studios owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) created or produced pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered. Any and all products, whether tangible or intangible, are expressly and solely owned by Liesel Anne Studios and may be used in the reasonable course of Liesel Anne Studios’ business. Liesel Anne Studios has the right to also use any portion of the work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
