Our Craft
A little bit of both! Every design starts as an original piece I hand-paint myself, in gouache on watercolor paper — no computer, no tablet, just me and my paintbrush. Once I love how it looks, I scan it and digitally design it onto each product, and then our print partners (who we've vetted and trust completely) bring it to life in high-quality materials. So what lands in your hands started as a real piece of art, not a stock design. Kind of neat, huh?
It depends on the product, since we choose the finish to match how you'll actually use it. Our stationery and greeting cards are printed on a nice, sturdy, substantial cardstock with a subtle texture — the kind that feels special the second you hold it. Our notepads use a smoother, easy-writing paper, since we know those are getting used daily for to-do lists and notes. And our art prints are done on archival paper with archival ink, with a beautiful texture that feels just like real watercolor paper.
We do our best to match colors as closely as possible, but keep in mind screen colors can look just a little different than the product in person. Every monitor renders things a bit differently — so if something looks just slightly off from the photo, that's usually why.
Personalization & Ordering
More than likely, yes! Just add your details right into the personalization box on the product page — names, monograms, colors, all of it. Don't see that option, or want something a little extra custom? Reach out to us here and we'll figure it out together.
Due to how many orders we process, we don't send proofs by default — your item will look just like the listing photo, personalized with your details. If you'd like to see a proof before we print, just note that at checkout, reach out to us here, or reply to your order confirmation email within a few hours of ordering — that way we can catch it before it heads to print.
Chances are, yes! If you spot a design you love but it's not currently offered on the product you want, just reach out to us here and we'll see what we can do.
Just reach out to us here or reply to your order confirmation email the same business day you placed your order. Once it's moved into production, we're not able to make changes — so the sooner you let us know, the better we can help.
Gifting
Absolutely — so easy. Just pop your note right into the "order notes" box at checkout, and be sure to mention it's a gift note so we know to include it. We'll make sure it's tucked in with their order before it ships. Every gift also arrives beautifully packaged, so it feels just as special to unwrap as it was to send. That's kind of our love language around here — a little joy, delivered.
Yes to gift receipts — none of our packages include a physical receipt, so it's easy to send straight to a recipient or keep for yourself without a second thought. Your order confirmation and receipt are always sent by email, so you'll have all the details there. We're not currently offering gift wrapping as a standard option, but if you have something specific in mind, reach out to us here and we're happy to chat about it.
Shipping & Processing
Not currently — each order ships to a single address, so if you need items sent to different recipients, you'll want to place separate orders for each.
Most orders ship within 4-7 business days, packed with care in the order they came in. Around the holidays, that window tends to stretch a little — closer to 5-9 business days, since we're at our busiest. In specific situations — holidays, family vacations, unexpected emergencies — we'll always let our email list know about any extended processing times ahead of time. Need it sooner? Keep scrolling — we've got options for that too.
We do! We only charge what our print partners charge us for it, so cost depends on your order and timeline. You can choose expedited shipping (1-2 business days) at checkout, or reach out to us here if you need rush processing too — just let us know your deadline and we'll see what we can do.
Oh, if only we could hand-deliver every single package ourselves, coffee in hand! But once your order leaves our studio, it's in the care of USPS or UPS, and delivery timing is out of our hands from there. If something seems lost, reply to us via your order confirmation email — we'll do what we can to help, though we're not able to replace an order until it's officially deemed lost by the carrier.
Policies
All sales are final, and personalized items aren't eligible for returns or refunds. If something's genuinely wrong with your order — it arrived damaged, never arrived, or there's an issue on our end — reply to us via your order confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos if you can, and we'll do what we can to make sure your issue is resolved properly.
