Cranberry Fix Cocktail/Mocktail Recipe

This recipe is one of the simplest, cutest, and freshest drinks to make for yourself or serve your friends! It doesn't take any special mixers, it only takes about 2–3 minutes to assemble and tastes so refreshing! Prosecco happens to be my favorite bubbly to combine with yummy fruit flavors and the cranberry and touch of orange in this drink is just so much fun! I hope you enjoy!

Cranberry Fizz Cocktail Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients

· ½ Tbsp (0.25 oz) Grand Marnier

· 2 Tbsp (1 oz) cranberry juice (or cranberry cocktail for a slightly sweeter flavor)

· Prosecco to taste, approx. 5 oz

· Peel of an orange for garnish

Want to make it a mocktail?

· 1 Tbsp orange juice

· 4 Tbsp cranberry juice

· Tonic water to taste, approx. 4 oz

· Peel of an orange for garnish

Directions

1	Pour the Grand Marnier into your glass.
2	Add the cranberry juice to your glass.
3	Top with Prosecco to taste (approx. 5 oz).
4	Garnish with your curled orange peel (see instructions below!).
5	Enjoy!

How to make a curled orange peel garnish

1	Cut a thin layer of orange peel about ½ of the way around the orange.

2	Hollow out the peel a bit by scraping the knife carefully along the white pith in the center of the peel, making it thinner and more shapeable.

3	Roll the peel into itself to make a pinwheel, then cut a clean edge.

4	Cut the pinwheel into slices about 0.5 cm thick until you have as many garnishes as you need.
5	Roll a slice around a toothpick or bamboo skewer and squeeze it tightly. The warmth of your hands will mold the peel into a curled garnish!

6	Top off your glass and enjoy!
